Heart Medicine: A view Through Co-Dependency... Release Yourself!

Dear Beauty Being!

I am fired up about codependency today.  It is an insidious distorted energy that lives in the shadows of society and commonly shows up in human relations.  I am writing about it today as it is one of my most important TEACHERS.  Truly! : ) 

I grew up in a home with familial patterns of codependency and I have learned how to tease out and receive what real love is and what was disguised as love (codependency).  By gaining this awareness and power over codependency and learning how to choose interdependence and deep SELF LOVE I am continually gifted with supporting others in this journey and strengthening my power to choose otherwise.

Recently, a dear person to my heart received a medical diagnosis; this lead to a knock on my fear door, fear that old codependent parts of myself would be triggered.  By leaning into this fear and seeking out support I came to realize that I honor myself and my loved ones too much to go there.  And YES I will be watchful of that insidious nature of codependency and I will put up strong yet flexible boundaries, protect my HIGH LIGHT FREQUENCY self.  

I will do this by UP LEVELLING my self-care, through more sleep, creating space, meditation, mindful exercise, eating well, listening to supportive words and music.  I will write to myself with the utmost LOVE and pray, pray and pray.  In TRUST and FATIH I expand.

Let me circle back to codependency being a teacher.  My work in the world is through relational heart medicine, codependency is a trickster energy that acts like love and tricks the heart.  Anything that is a trickster to heart energy has an antidote in heart medicine.  Your own higher self heart medicine that comes from you for you.  I understand that anything can be a teacher, it is in choice and perspective.  

First step acknowledge the distorted energy, accept, get to know it and then CHANGE it.
