Heart Medicine Column: LOVE

Dear Beautiful Beings,

I'll begin today with love... Love is... well, everything. You know it's much like the word F@%K. It can be applied, used, understood, and pack a really impactful punch.

Love does, will and IS all that! Each of us has been touched by one piece of the gigantic love pie, with its diverse sizes, layers, and flavors. As we live out our chapters, love defines itself in each of us. Some of these love definitions, imprints, and threads bond us.  We can relate to one another, we can learn, share, and grow in love.

My Heart Medicine fuels me to be the greatest and highest version of myself as a mosaic made of love experiences; it's an elixir specific to my soul's blueprint, mission and contract.

It's a recipe that when distilled forms crystals and minerals of life of wonder and awe. I am so beyond grateful for all the love experiences I've had; the massive pain and elated pleasure, the content moments of compassion, the companionship in harmony and the tough moments of expanding through the struggle.

My Heart Medicine seen and described through the pie of love is my gift to me and humanity. It is the gift I lead for the ones who come before and the ones who come after.
